Quilts must have a sleeve for hanging Entry Fee: $15 per quilt. Make checks payable to MSACF

Only quilts made by living quilt makers will be accepted.

Quilts must have a completed official label attached to the back lower left-hand corner. If brought in a pillowcase, please include name and contact info as well.

Three (3) quilts may be submitted by each quilt maker or co-op with only one entry per category.

Quilts made from commercial kits will not be accepted.

Quilts must be in excellent condition.

Commission of 10% of retail price will be retained by MSACF when a quilt is sold.

Quilts chosen for exhibit may be marked “not for sale.”

Bed quilts should be 70 inches or larger and may be hand or machine quilted.

Wall quilts should be less than 70 inches in length or width and may be hand or machine quilted. 

Quilts accepted to show may be picked up only from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 7.

If quilt is to be returned by mail, please send a check or money order sufficient for postage addressed to POSTMASTER.

All categories may be pieced, appliqued, mixed or other techniques, hand or machine quilted.
