The Mountain State Art and Craft Fair (MSACF), widely known as the “Granddaddy of all Art and Craft Fairs.” Now in its 63rd year, the fair introduces guests to the best of Appalachia.

Our goal:
To showcase our juried artisans, performers, educational offerings, and sponsors that demonstrate, encourage, and preserve Appalachian heritage crafts and life skills. A portion of sponsorship dollars supports the next generation of artists and artisans through a scholarship program.

Recent Growth:
The MSACF, like many other significant interstate events, was devastated by the effects of the COVID years. We are happy to report:

  • The fair has grown 50% in the last five years, and our goal is to continue the strategic growth of

  • Our Board of Directors is focused on continuing the growth of our fair and its continuing mission of safeguarding our rich heritage for future generations.

  • It will also place your COMPANY’S name in front of potential customers and highlight your support of communities in which we live and work.

 
How We Can Partner:
The following is a list of sponsorship options currently available. In addition to the sponsorship options listed here, we would be happy to talk about custom offerings tailored to your budget and marketing needs. By partnering in 2026, you have the first right of refusal at the same partnership level for 2027.

About the Mountain State Art and Craft Fair

The Mountain State Art and Craft Fair (MSACF) is widely known as the “Grandaddy of all Art and Craft Fairs.” Now in its 63rd year, the fair introduces guests to the best of Appalachia, including our juried artisans, performers, and educational offerings aimed at preserving the Appalachian culture we all hold dear by showcasing Appalachian heritage crafts.  Additionally, your sponsorship will assist in training the next generation of artists and artisans through individual grants from our scholarship program.
