The Mountain State Art and Craft Fair Scholarship and Grant Fund is designed to provide qualified persons with funding to acquire knowledge and further education in the arts. Funds must be used for education/training to advance visual arts, traditional/heritage music, or dance.
West Virginia residents may apply for scholarship funds at any time. The MSACF Scholarship Committee will review all applications.
The Mountain State Art & Craft Fair Scholarship and Grant Fund does not require information regarding academic standards, financial status, race, religion, or sex. Qualified applicants may be any West Virginia resident who is 18 or above.
PLEASE NOTE: Two letters of recommendation and documentation, such as brochures, catalogs, or verification letters for education/training for advancement in the visual arts or traditional/heritage music or dance
