A Note about the Jury Process

The first year an exhibitor applies to display at the Mountain State Art and Craft Fair, each vendor must go through a two-step process. First using the information contained on the form below, your work is reviewed by the Selection Committee, if approved, you will be directed to a second form where you will submit additional information for marketing your product and you may select the size of your booth.

This two-step process is used only for first time vendors.  Your product will be reviewed at the fair for admission in subsequent years.

2026 JURY APPLICATION - NEW VENDORS

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTED MEDIUMS

Participation is open to fine arts and crafts that are primarily handmade or embellished by the artisan/artist.

Work must be executed and designed by the artist attending the fair. Work made with commercial kits will not be considered. The Selections Committee will not consider third-party or retail vendors.

Trademarked or copyrighted logos may not be used without written proof of permission from the

artist/company.

DEMONSTRATIONS

Our fair places emphasis on education. We therefore suggest that you show how your artwork is made. If you decide to demonstrate your craft, you do not need to explain your entire process if that is not practical. You may also provide a video or display images or pictures of your process. We have found that exhibitors who demonstrate tend to have better sales.
