The Mountain State Art & Craft Fair (MSACF) is proud to announce the theme for the 2026 Quilt Show: “Garden Party.” This colorful and creative exhibition will take place during the annual fair on July 2–4, 2026, at the Cedar Lakes Conference Center in Ripley, West Virginia.

Each year, the Quilt Show is a highlight of the fair, drawing visitors who appreciate both fine craftsmanship and Appalachian heritage. The 2026 theme invites quilters to explore floral patterns, garden landscapes, and nature-inspired designs that celebrate the beauty of summer in full bloom.

Quilts will be displayed in the General Assembly Hall, offering fairgoers the opportunity to admire a wide range of techniques, styles, and artistic interpretations. From traditional patterns to contemporary designs, the exhibit showcases the skill and creativity of quilters from across the region.

The Quilt Show is part of the Mountain State Art & Craft Fair’s long-standing mission to preserve and promote handmade arts and cultural traditions. Established in 1963, MSACF has become one of the region’s most respected juried art and craft events, welcoming thousands of visitors each year to experience demonstrations, music, food, and fine handmade work.

Quilters interested in participating can find entry forms, rules, and deadlines on the official fair website at www.msacf.com.

Whether you are a quilter, an art enthusiast, or a family looking for a unique summer event, the 2026 Garden Party Quilt Show promises to be a vibrant celebration of creativity and tradition.

Mark your calendar for July 2–4, 2026, and join us at Cedar Lakes Conference Center in Ripley, WV, for a beautiful display of handcrafted quilts and Appalachian artistry.
