This application is for exhibitors who have participated at the Mountain State Art and Craft Fair in the past, and new exhibitors who have been approved by the Selections Committee

At the end of this application, you will be transferred to the MSACF payment page, where you will pay for the booth size you selected. Please have payment information available before clicking "Submit".

Ratios for each medium are set in advance to achieve a fair balance. However, the Selection Committee may accept a larger proportion of applicants in a medium where many high-quality applicants provide very different types of work.

Please note demonstrations are preferred for the 2026 Mountain State Art and Craft Fair, but not required.

Booth Photo / Drawing: Please provide a photo of your exhibit booth or a drawing of the layout. Please note your images must have short names such as Candle One or Hardwood Two for upload.

Section II Product/Marketing Information

Please provide a short narrative (one or two sentences) of the product. This information may be used in social media posts to advertise your attendance at the fair.

Please upload two photos of your product that can be used in social media to market your presence at the fair.

Product Photo 1 - Image files only. File size must be 25MG or less.

Product Photo 2 - Image files only. File size must be 25MG or less.

Your Logo - Optional. For use in social posts. Image size must be 25 MG or less

Section III Booth Size and Payment

New Pricing Model for 2026

Early Bird Pricing: now through January 31, 2026
Standard Pricing: February 1 through April 30, 2026, all prices increase $25 above the Early Bird price
Last Minute Pricing: May 1 through June 15, 2026, all prices increase $25 above Standard Pricing.

Note: a 3% electronic filing fee is included in the prices below.

New Tent Options for 2026

A limited number of exhibitors will be allowed to bring their own tents to the fair at a greatly reduced cost. All exhibitors bringing their own tent must comply with the "Bring Your Own Tent" terms and conditions below.

Because this is a new option for 2026, those selecting "bring your own tent" must upload a copy of the declaration page of our $1M insurance policy and photos of the weights you use for your tent.
